Just In: Mr Eazi Points Out Ghana' s Influence on the Current Naija Sound and All Hell Breaks Loose
If you’ve been on Social Media in the last 24 hours, you must have heard about Mr Eazi ‘s controversial comment on the influence of Ghanaian music on the current Nigerian Sound. The Starboy act, who’s originally Nigerian but made his breakthrough in Ghana, has enjoyed massive success in his adopted home, and in the diaspora since 2015, eventually breaking into the Nigerian market in 2016 – thanks to Wizkid‘s Starboy Worldwide announcement – thereby earning him a spot on The 10 Hottest Artists In Nigeria #TheList2016 .
