A guy named "Amadi" just reported his funny case while in church sleeping, posted on Facebook media narrating what happened of how he slept in church and later got awake to take an unknown action (lol) response to unsaid command.
I can't see the main reason people sleep in churches during fellowship service, is better you avoid it now by trial if you are such a person because why I'm saying this story inline with Amadi's post teaches very interesting lesson especially to we Nigerians as to those who maybe their habit, getting asleep in church will end you up in bad reaction against some actions order by the pastors the ushers, you can even a times mess yourself up in the midst of the congregation, what a shameful thing.
Few Reasons why people sleep in church
1. Spending overnight on Saturday working a task
2. Over feeding before going to church
3. Restlessness in holidays
4. Not paying attention to the preacher's message
5. Outdated mind from service
6. Lack of concentration & thinking beyond control of your memory (this will block the pastors speech and stop you from concentrating and retained sleep.
Remedy
• Avoid tarry night especially on saturday
• Reduce the rate of breakfast (light food is advisable)
• Concentration
• Mind the reason you're attending the service
• Ask God For spirit of Self consciousness in fellowship
